By accessing, browsing, or using the Faith Haven House website (faithhavenhouse.org), submitting pre-screen or volunteer forms, or interacting with our digital services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of this website and our digital platforms. Faith Haven House reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Faith Haven House is a faith-centered 501(c)(3) non-profit transitional living facility dedicated to serving unhoused men in St. Charles County, Missouri, providing shelter, meals, life skills coaching, and pathways toward independent homeownership.

Important Notice: Faith Haven House is a transitional residential facility, not a medical or clinical treatment center. Faith Haven House does NOT perform or provide licensed medical evaluations, psychiatric care, mental health therapy, substance abuse clinical detoxification, or legal representation.

Individuals requiring immediate emergency medical care, acute psychiatric intervention, active substance detoxification, or legal assistance are directed to contact emergency medical services (911), crisis support lines, or specialized healthcare facilities.

Admission to Faith Haven House is by application, pre-screening evaluation, and program eligibility review. Program qualification criteria include, but are not limited to:

• Single males age 21 or older experiencing housing instability.

• Commitment to active participation in rebuilding goals, life skills training, and employment pursuit.

• No active alcohol or illegal drug use (drug-free living environment maintained through random testing).

• No active arrest warrants or history of violent criminal offenses.

• Not listed on any sex offender registry.

Faith Haven House reserves the right to accept, defer, or decline applications based on bed capacity, safety guidelines, and program alignment. Completion of a pre-screen application does not guarantee admission.

Financial contributions made to Faith Haven House via online processors (Zeffy, PayPal, Venmo), check, or bank transfer are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law under 501(c)(3) non-profit regulations.

All donations are considered final and non-refundable unless a duplicate transaction or processing error occurs. Donors setting up recurring monthly gifts may modify or cancel their recurring schedule at any time by contacting us directly or through the payment processor platform.

In-kind clothing or supply donations are accepted subject to storage capacity. Faith Haven House reserves the right to decline physical donations when storage is at capacity or redirect donors to partner organizations (e.g. Marcy’s Project or The Fish of St. Charles).

All materials, logos, graphics, text, images, visual designs, and brand marks on this website are the property of Faith Haven House or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.

When using our forms or contacting us, you agree not to submit false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful information. Faith Haven House reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to forms for users who engage in abusive or fraudulent conduct.

Faith Haven House respects the privacy of residents, applicants, volunteers, and donors. Personal information collected through pre-screening or volunteer applications is strictly used for eligibility review, support coordination, and organizational communication.

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information to third-party commercial entities. Data submitted through forms is encrypted in transit and handled with appropriate confidentiality standards.
