Founder & Visionary Leader
Dareth founded Faith Haven House from a deep desire to uplift men experiencing housing instability and to help create a clearer path toward stability, responsibility, and long-term independence.

Community Operations & Leadership
Marshall “Book” Robinson, Jr. was born and raised in the City of St. Louis and several of its inner-ring suburbs. He and Tanisha, his wife of 24 years, have welcomed 18 children into their family through adoption and foster care.

Secretary, Board of Directors
Tammy Conderman serves as Secretary of the Faith Haven House Board of Directors. A St. Charles native, Tammy Conderman brings a deep commitment to the local community and a passion for assisting those seeking to build better lives for themselves.
Treasurer, Board of Directors
Mike Keller retired and moved to Missouri with his wife, Susan, in 2019 to be closer to their three children, who now live in St. Charles County and Chicago. He earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and built a career spanning public accounting, banking, manufacturing accounting, and project management.

Toni grew up in St. Louis County, where her family regularly served at local food banks and supported unhoused neighbors — values she carried into adulthood. After living in several states, she returned to St. Charles County in 2004 and has remained an active part of the community.

Vice President, Board of Directors
Emmett Hohensee, who goes by HJ, has lived in St. Charles, Missouri, since 1999. He currently serves as Vice President of the Faith Haven House Board of Directors and has served on the board for nearly three years.
